32. Saudi Arabia

The manager of the Saudi Arabia team is a French person, Herve Renard, who is a very experienced soccer coach and is completely responsible for the Saudi Arabia team. The nickname of the team is Green Falcons. Recently, Green Falcons managed to qualify for the World Cup. Not only this, it is one of the top teams qualified for the World Cup.
They defeated a few strong teams like Japan and Australia and cleared their way to Qatar. Their average score is 6 goals in 10 qualifier matches and the highest score is 12 goals within the same period. According to experts, the Saudi Arabia team is capable of giving a tough time to its opponents in the World Cup group matches. Each player on the team is extremely professional and plays club football domestically.
31. Tunisia

Tunisia's team hardly made its team qualify for the World Cup. It is not a very strong team to be seen during the World Cup but somehow managed to be a part of it. Few of its players are very strong and professional. For example, Saint-Etienne attacking midfielder Wahbi Khazri has proved to achieve the highest number of goals. Ellyes Skhiri is a strong midfielder playing for Cologne in the Bundesliga and Hannibal Mehri, who is also a part of Manchester United, is another very promising talent who will be touring with his team.
By observing the performance of the team, analysts think that they will face some difficulties in competing against a few solid teams like Denmark, France, and Peru during the World Cup. Tunisia fans must be holding their breath to see it play in the World Cup.
30. Costa Rica

Costa Rica is only one game apart from making its way to Qatar. It has to defeat New Zealand to make its path clear to the World Cup, and according to experts’ speculations, it would not be very difficult for Costa Rica. The team had a very weak performance at the start of the series, but Los Ticos managed to make a furious comeback and won the fourth spot in the region.
The Costa Rica team is famous for its miraculous victory against heavyweights like Italy and Uruguay in 2014, and many players who were a part of the 2014 team are also a part of the current squad, including Bryan Ruiz, Borges, Joel Campbell, and Keylor Navas. Besides them, the team has some very efficient and promising players like Aaron Suarez, Alonzo Martinez, Manfred Ugalde, and Jewison Bennette.
29. South Korea

South Korea is another team that managed to achieve a spot in the top-32 teams for the World Cup. According to professional Paul Bento, the Portuguese manager, this South Korean team is heavily dependent on Tottenham star Son Heung-Min. Son is arguably the best player among all the players on the team, and also one of the best players in the whole of Asia.
Unfortunately, the South Korean team does not have many solid players. Besides Heung-Min, it has only a few better players, like Lee Jae-sung (Mainz 05), and Ui-Jo (Bordeaux). Other players are often rated as below-average players who are only capable of playing domestic games. The team is not considered very hard to defeat by its competitors in the World Cup. But we hope and wish all the very best to the team.
28. Qatar
The host country's team was never able to make its way to the World Cup. However, this year, it has some bright chances to achieve a respectable position in the World Cup. We still have to wait to witness whether it would qualify for the knockout rounds or not.
The team members have a very strong understanding and bonding with each other, and all play club football in Qatar. Though they have a solid familiarity with each other, they are considered underdogs by their competitors, because they are not very good players. Also, their free-flowing style of playing is often criticized by experts. But the team has shown some performance improvements lately. Competitors should also devise some playing strategies against the creative striker, Akram Afif.
27. Japan

Japan is a global leader in technological development and is one of the strongest economies in the world. It was equally strong in the field of Football, which was considered very tough to defeat. Unfortunately, it is no longer very strong on the field because it lost a few of its amazing players which adversely affected the team’s strength and made it weak, especially on the attacking end. Still, the team has some brilliant sportsmen including Genki Haraguchi and Takumi Minamino.
Although the Japanese team has lost some of its power, it is still considered strong enough to compete against the two most favorite and highest-rated teams, Germany and Spain, in the World Cup. According to some experts, Japan is still capable enough to let down any other strong team during the current World Cup series.
26. Ghana

When we hear Ghana on the field for the World Cup, we automatically start imagining poverty, pollution, and malnutrition in the African region and we assume Ghana would be a weaker team, just like its nation. But Ghana’s situation is completely different on the World Cup field because the team has improved immensely. A year back, it was one of the weakest teams in football, which had some very lazy members like Stephen Appiah, Michael Essien, and Asamoah Gyan. Those dark days are gone, and now the team has recruited some extraordinary players who are globally appreciated and applauded.
Arsenal midfielder Thomas Party is currently the best player on the team, and following him a few more amazing players are Muhammed Kudus, a tricky player, and Jordan Ayew, who possess aggressive sportsmen spirits. Ghana’s team has remarkably improved its position on the football field.
25. Wales

It was not easy for Wales to get a position in the 2022 World Cup, because it had to play against some of the vigorous teams like Scotland and Ukraine. It faced many defeats, but the team never gave up and at last, it achieved an impressive victory against Austria with 2-1 goals and found a place on the field of the World Cup.
The Wales team does not have many super players, but all the team members are disciplined, hardworking, and extremely determined toward success. Gareth Bale is the most dominant and dynamic player on the Wales team, who has managed to achieve many wonders and unexpected victories for the whole team and its nation. We would like to warn all the other teams, that it would not be as easy to defeat Wales as it seems from the distance.
24. Canada

Maple Leaves, as they are fondly called by the fans, the Canadian team is back in the World Cup after 1986. We are pretty sure all Canadian football freaks must be very excited to see Canada at the World Cup. The current squad is like the golden generation of Canadian football, and fans will witness some of the best Canadian players donning the national jersey. Alphonso Davies and Jonathan David are among the world’s best football players and are fortunately Canadians, who are playing to bring victory to their nation.
Canada is an enthusiastic young team in the World Cup but is not easy to be defeated on the field as it defeated some well-reputed European and African teams. All the team members have deep chemistry among them and all the players together will bring some more surprises for their fans for sure.
23. Cameroon

Cameroon is a part of Group G and its opponents are Switzerland, Serbia, and Brazil. It must have secured a clear victory against Switzerland or Serbia, if not both, to secure its position in the World Cup. It is undoubtedly considered one of the most difficult teams to be let down, as it is not only energetic but immensely aggressive towards its competitors.
The most robust players of the Cameroon team are strikers Eric Maxim Choupo-Moting and Karl Ekambi. They always gave their full strength to not let their team and nation down and always brought magic to them. The whole team is dependent on them and we wish they would again bring great success to their colleagues and nation. It would be thrilling and exciting watching them play on the World Cup field.
22. Morocco

Morocco is one of the most deserving teams for the World Cup but due to some disputes, it is uncertain whether Noussair Mazraoui and Hakim Ziyech, who are team leaders, would be able to take their team to Qatar. It is important for the Morocco team, The Atlas Lions, to resolve the matter quickly to make it easy for them to qualify for the World Cup 2022.
The Atlas Lion bears some impressive and cogent players in the teams, who make the Moroccon team, the most talented team in the African region. Many of its powerful players are currently playing in Spain, Italy, France, and England. To name a few of them are Achraf Hakimi, Romain Saiss, Sofyan Amrabat, Youssef En-Nesyri and Fiorentina. We pray that The Atlas Lion resolves the quarrels soon so that they can appear on the battlefield.
21. Iran

Iran is one of the most underrated teams, although the stats and numbers prove that it is one of the most capable teams to be qualified for the World Cup. It was a part of group B, and its opponents were the United States, Wales, and England. Iran proved to be the most forceful and compelling team of all. The biggest strength of the Irani team, Team Melli, is its attacking strategy, which is hard for competitors to break.
Team Melli is also fortunate to have the two most lethal strikers, Porto’s Mehdi Taremi, and Bayer Leverkusen's Sardar Azmoun. Other players are equally efficient and dynamic and some play club football in Portugal, the Netherlands, and Belgium. Iran’s capital, Tehran, is very near to Qatar. We can assume that a lot of Team Melli’s supporters will occupy the stadium seats.
20. Peru

Peru is another influential name, which clicks in our minds when we hear about Football World Cup. It is unarguably one of the most capable and deserving teams to qualify for the 2022 World Cup. We assume that it will defeat Australia or the UAE to maintain its position on the World Cup football field.
Peru is very well known, for achieving clear victories against many of its opponents, because all of the team members together make the competitor’s life miserable on the battlefield. It does not have many famous football players on its team, but all the players share a great bonding. And the majority of its players also play in football clubs in Mexico and the United States. A few prominent names on Peru’s football team are Gianluca Lapadula and Christian Cuevas.
19. Mexico

The current Mexico team is marked as the weakest group in the history of the Mexican team. The depth and the chemistry among the team members are not so great, because of which experts fear that it will not be able to perform as efficiently as it used to do earlier. Mexico is one of the oldest teams in football competitions, but the recent addition of young talents to the team seems to be incapable of maintaining Mexico’s position.
The front-line players, Raul, Hirving Lozano, and TecaTito are the utmost strength of the team, but the backline players are completely incompetent to be a part of the team. Even a few players including Ajax's Edson Alvarez, seem to be struggling with physicality and athleticism. The Mexican team is not providing any good hope to its fans.
18. Ecuador

Ecuador team was a part of Group A to be qualified for the World Cup, and fortunately, it achieved great success and cleared its path to Qatar. The team is not choked with many big names, who play in other leagues around the world, but all the team players together become a massive power to defeat the competitors. It is reported as the fastest group with elite team chemistry. It managed to achieve the fourth position in the recent CONMEBOL World Cup.
The Ecuador team cannot be taken lightly at any cost. Veteran striker Enner Valencia is the most vibrant name on the team, following him, the other powerful player is Carlos Gruezo. And according to some resources, Moises Caicedo and Gonzalo Plata would be part of upcoming games.
17. Poland

Poland’s team, fortunately, owns a few very strong and solid players on the team like Robert Lewandowski. The whole team is dependent on him and his fast and tricky goals. Other prominent names are Krzystof Piatek; a fierce striker, Piotr Zielinski and Kamil Grosicki. On the backline, the team has a unique combination of veteran leadership and youth.
Poland is one of the most famous teams which enjoys a huge fan base in the stadium at every match. All of its players are simply amazing and extraordinarily smart. The team’s potential competitors are Germany, Spain, France, Poland, and Argentina. Well, Argentina is our favorite, but by observing the numbers, it is quite clear that Poland will easily let it down. However, it might have some problems dealing with other stronger teams.
16. Switzerland

Switzerland made its presence felt in the FIFA World cup as a mid-level European side smashing its way into the Quarterfinals. Although, the team has the right attitude and verve sadly it lacks the depth of talent required to feature in the world Cup and make it to the top of the league.
The team thrives on its continuity and familiarity. Famous faces that make a mark are Xherdan Shaqiri and Granit Xhaka who work their magic in the midfield. Juve midfielder Denis Zakaria lands himself on the top of the heap thanks to his athleticism. They have a lot of experienced players for whom this may turn out to be the last tournament. The only problem that may dampen the Switzerland spirit is a super strong team in their group in the form of Brazil. They also have Serbia and Cameroon in their group, so they have experienced jostling for primacy with unpredictability in their group, difficult to see how they fare, considering these two aspects.
15. United States
For the United States, this may turn out to be one to be an advantageous group. It may not require trumping England and a draw will work in their favor. As far as the superstar players are concerned, Christian Pulisic will be the heading of the pack. They are a team full of young players.
They also have a manager who is known for his tactical decisions, Gregg Berhalter. Much of the success of the team will depend on the goalkeeper's position. The United States has the caliber of players like Zack Steffen, Matt Turner, and Ethan Horvath, the question is who will open for the team. They are also concerned about the center-back pairing. CB John Brooks at the position in the pool is the exciting player to watch out for. Of course, players such as Gio Reyna Weston McKennie and Sergino Dest are absolute fan favorites.
14. Senegal

Senegal has surprised everyone with their wonderful performance and it edged out Egypt with its razor-sharp abilities. Of course, the Manager Aliou Cisse has had a big part to play in fortifying the team making their defensive spine one of its stronger traits. GK Edouard Mendy and Napoli CB Kalidou Koulibaly have played a significant role in making the team what it is today.
The midfield superstars include Idrissa Gueye and Nampalys Mendy. The others who deserve mention are the effortless Ismalia Sarr and Boulaye Dia. Senegal's Sadio Mane is one of the team's best players. He is the main man who has the penchant to make the scoreboard move. Senegal is the dark horse and a team to be wary of if it reaches the knockout stage. It may turn out to be the teams like United States and England in Round 16.
13. Croatia

This group does not look as menacing on the surface as it is in reality. This group has Belgium which is a perennial favorite, but there are others of course who may create an upset or two. Morocco has many players in the team that may easily slide into any world-class team such as Hakim Ziyech and Noussair Mazraoui. However, they have some issues with the federation which they need to sort out.
Croatia has been one of the most consistent teams in the groups. Although they are an experienced bunch Stalwart Luka Modric will be in his late thirties when the tournament gets off to a start and there are others who are veering towards their late thirties but they are tactically sound and may give the youth brigade a run for their exuberance.
12. Serbia
Many people are putting their money on Serbia who may be regarded as a dark horse in the tournament and deservedly so. The power duo, Dusan Vlahovic, and Aleksandar Mitrovic are certainly one of the best players out there. Following on their heels, is Luka Jovic. The player who creates midfield magic is Dusan Tadic. Most of the Serbian players played in the top leagues of the world, namely, Italy, France, England, Germany, and Spain).
This roster is a good balance of the veterans and talented newbies. Then there is Vlahovic who can steer Serbia forward in this tournament. The groups were packed with strong teams including Switzerland. However, Serbia has it in them to push forward to the knockout stage at least. We cannot wait to see Serbia play to the best of its ability in this tournament.
11. Denmark

Denmark is one of the teams playing in the World Cup that has the power to surprise. The team is stuffed with many talented players and add to that Danes are a part of a very manageable group. Christian Eriksen is now back in the reckoning after a health scare last year. He's back to his original form which is so great to see.
The midfield has players like Eriksen, Emile Pierre-Hojbjerg, Thomas Delaney, and Mikkel Damsgaard. Players of the caliber of Kasper Dolberg, Yusuf Poulsen, and Jonas Wind are the other players who have the power to beat any team. If it manages to overcome the hurdles and reach the knockout stage it can spew trouble for the bigger teams in the group. Let's hope it proves the pundits right by doing well in the world Cup.
10. Portugal

Portugal's failure in the European Champions Italy has created more trouble for the team than they would like to admit. Although it is a supremely talented side, it has not been able to truly live up to its hype. Will it be able to overcome its current problems and play to its potential? Well, we don't know that yet. But we sure hope their luck turns for the better.
Bruno Fernandes is the one to watch out for and the king in an offensive attack. The team has other talented players such as Diogo Jota, Andre Silva, and Joao Felix who on their days can turn the tide in favor of their team. The defense needs some work and the backline is their weakness. If they work on their weaknesses, they can advance in the tournament and do great.
9. Netherlands

The Netherlands is currently playing their best game as they have lost only one of their last 17 matches. Their main man Louis van Gaal is the one who has put the Netherlands on the map. Donyell Malen from Memphis is also one of the best players on the team. Some of the other players who are adding heft to the team are Hans Hateboer, Marten de Roon, and Teun Koopmeiners, not to forget the captain Gini Wijnaldum who is adding flair and depth to the team.
The group has several teams that can create a mark and Netherlands is certainly one of them, They are expected to do well against tough teams such as Ecuador and Senegal. Let's find out whether the Netherlands truly lives up to the hype.
8. Uruguay

Uruguay is a tough team to play against, especially since they are a powerhouse team in the World Cup setting. What is surprising is that it is such a tiny nation that has less than 4 million people and yet it has the potential to trump some of the big teams in the tournament. They did several chopping and changing in the team and it was one of the reasons that made the team play to its true potential, letting go of their longtime manager Oscar Tabarez is certainly one reason for them to qualify outright for the tournament.
This team has everything going for it, right from strategy, intelligence, exuberance, and aggression that helped it push through the final third. There are other experienced players on the team such as Diego Godin, Fernando Muslera, Luis Suarez, and Edinson Cavani, they are the true stalwarts of the team. They also have Fede Valverde who never fails to weave some midfield magic. They also have striker Darwin Nunez to make Uruguay one of the potential toppers in the group.
7. Belgium

This Belgian team is experienced and skilled, although the average age of the team would be around 30 and more, not ideal for a tournament of this kind, a team where the playing format is three matches in 7 days. Experienced or not, they have some great talent on the team. Do they have the potential to beat a team of Brazil's caliber, well we don't have that as Belgium has the potential to buckle under pressure? So, you may see them crashing out of the group stage.
The playing trio that has the talent and the athleticism are Eden Hazard, Romelu Lukaku, and Kevin de Bruyne whom the team is heavily relying on to carry forward. Also, there is the young player Jeremy Doku who has the potential to carry the team's legacy.
6. England

England is an interesting team that will be up against a country such as the United States which has a deep-rooted soccer culture. England has a healthy rivalry with teams such as Iran, Scotland, and even Wales.
As far as the pitch is concerned England is slated to be the Group B winners. Not only is it a supremely talented team but it has gained great momentum in the euro 2020 final. Although, England looks pretty good as a team, but it does have the penchant to buckle under pressure. England's prospects also depend on Gareth Southgate's game strategy, whether he adopts a highly conservative tactical approach or he will be just the opposite of that and play the free-flowing football effortlessly? We have to wait to know the answer to this question.
5. Spain

Spain has a pretty bright future. One of the reasons is their terrific young players, the midfield regulars such as the Pedri and Gavi. It is interesting to note that they are both in their teens. Pedri is all set to become one of the next big players representing his country, Spain. At such a young age, he has a deep understanding of the game and a greater understanding of the ball.
The team is big on athleticism and will give any rival team leeway to score a goal. The super talented player, Ferran Torres is honing his skills to play on the international stage and he is one of Spains's most promising players. Will, he is able to improve Spain's prospects in the World Cup? Most experts will say yes to that question.
4. Germany

Hansi Flick has given the German team the much-needed impetus. The team is brimming with new talent and brand new ideas. They also have been playing phenomenally well in the recent past with their unbroken nine-game unbeaten track record. The players who are making it possible are Thomas Muller, Manuel Neuer, Kai Havertz, Florian Wirtz, Jamal Musiala, and Robin Koch.
They can also bank on the popular experienced players such as Joshua Kimmich, Serge Gnabry, Leroy Sane, Antonio Rudiger, and more who are an integral part of the team. Although Germany is part of the tough group Group E, Germany is sure to do well and progress in the tournament. They are also known as one of the most complete teams in the tournament.
3. Argentina

Argentina is synonymous with Lionel Messi and vice versa. Can a single high-caliber player win the cup for his country? Well, Messi would certainly like to think so, although the cup has eluded him in the past, he for once won't like to repeat the mistake. Thankfully, this time around Argentina has a pretty well-rounded team.
This time it is not all about Messi. The roster has some pretty talented and attacking players. Boasting a deep mid-field and a strong defensive unit it can weave magic in the tournament. Also, Argentina may not have trouble trumping teams such as Poland and Mexico. They are sure to give it all they have got. The team would like to do it for the great Messi! Fans would be rooting for him and his team more vociferously than ever.
2. France

They are the reigning world champions and hence a threat to all the major teams in Qatar. The team is experienced and although doubters will doubt about the average age of the team, they still have it in them to repeat their not-so-distant past success. There are players like Paul Pogba and N’Golo Kante who will soon hit their 30s. Antoine Griezmann, Olivier Giroud, and Karim Benzema are all in their thirties. But when it comes to the World Cup, experience may trump youthful exuberance, if done the right way, read employ the right strategy.
However, there must be the best amalgamation of experience and talent and Les Bleus needs to include younger options. Attacking players such as Christopher Nkunku is one of the players to watch out for. There is also Kylian Mbappe who has the potency to win major games for the team. France may not have to face many problems along the way and sail towards the Quarterfinals with great aplomb.
1. Brazil
Brazil as the team needs no introduction. They are certainly one of the best teams in the world. They have proved their mettle time and time again, even during their CONMEBOL qualification process they managed to impress once again with their superlative skills. Over the period of 17 matches, Brazil won 14 games and lost no matches. One of the most lucrative aspects remains scoring five goals during the span of 17 matches.
The player to watch out for is Neymar. However, their skills are not dependent on Neymar alone, there are many more such young and exciting players such as Raphinha, Vini Junior, Bruno, Richarlison, and Gabi Jesus. Their midfield player, Casemiro, Fabinho) along with veteran leadership at the back such as Dani Alves, Thiago Silva, and Alisson make for a rock-solid team who deserves to be at the top of the table.
